Phuket – Phi Phi Island – Krabi – Khao Sok – Koh Samui - Bangkok

Day 1 - Phuket

Arrival at Phuket Airport. Transfer to the hotel; check in. Day at leisure

Day 2 - Phuket

Start a half day Phuket tour: an ideal opportunity to familiarize yourself with your holiday island and take in the islands natural beauty as we drive along the beach roads through Patong, Karon, Kata and Rawai. For fabulous photo opportunities we will stop at the Karon viewpoint and cultural sites such as the sacred Buddhist temple of Wat Chalong. Phuket town offers an interesting mix of architecture including Sino - Portuguese. This town has been the backdrop for many western movies as it is said to be very similar to Indochina.

Day 3 - Phuket – Phi Phi

Morning transfer to the pier; ferry boat to Phi Phi - one of the most beautiful islands in the world. Check in at the hotel. Free time to enjoy your stay on Koh Phi Phi.

Day 4 - Phi Phi

Day 5 - Phi Phi - Krabi

Ferry boat to Krabi; transfer to the hotel; check in & free time.

Day 6 - Krabi

08:30 – 08:45 pick up from your hotel to the pier. Take a long-tail boat to Tab Island. The island is composed of 2 small islands – Koh Tab and Koh Mor which are joined together with a sand bar. You can see the sand bar only at low tide. There are also other islands to visit as well; Kai Island (or Chicken Island); an amazing rock formation as the big head of an ostrich or a chicken. You will see a lot of small colorful fishes when snorkeling in this area. Have picnic lunch on the beach at Poda Island; an island with white sandy beaches, clear water and schools of colorful fishes in abundance. It is a perfect place for snorkeling or swimming. In the afternoon visit Phranang Cave and Phranang Beach to swim or just relax on the nice beach. Around 14:00, we return to the pier and then transfer back to the hotel.

Day 7 - Krabi – Khao Sok

Proceed to Khao Sok National Park. Khao Sok is one of the biggest and oldest national parks worldwide. It is what you would consider a real jungle. And exactly here you get the chance to be paddled on a canoe through the overwhelming nature. The river is flowing calmly, passing single jungle huts, ancient trees and other exotic plants. In the trees you might find a sleeping snake and sometimes monkeys are playing close to the water. Afterwards we offer you a lunch in a wonderful atmosphere of the jungle. Continue our tour to an elephant camp. These sensitive and proud giants are already waiting to show you their home. Feed, play and bath with the gentle giants (no riding). In the end you will have seen Khao Sok from different sides, spend time on a river and on an elephant. Overrnight in natural surroundings of Khao Sok.

Day 8 - Khao Sok – Koh Samui

We head off to the Rajaprabha Dam to continue our tour by long tail boat on the Cheow Lan Lake, where a breath-taking landscape will surround you. High rising limestone cliffs and green-shining rainforest in an idyllic atmosphere as well as the enormous range of the lake are simply impressing. A one-two hour trek with our experienced tour guide will take you deep into the jungle and later you explore one of the many caves to admire stalactites and stalagmites. To regain your powers you can enjoy a lunch at the restaurant of the bamboo raft houses in the middle of the lake. Then depart to Surat Thani, take ferry boat to Samui. Check in at your resort.

Day 9 - Koh Samui

Day 11 - Koh Samui - Bangkok

Morning transfer to Samui airport; flight to Bangkok. Transfer to the hotel; check in.

Explore the two most renowned attractions in Bangkok - The Grand Palace with the Chapel of Emerald Buddha and Wat Pho (Temple of the Reclining Buddha). Spend the day learning about Bangkok's most notable landmarks. Learn about the Buddhist places of worship and the Thai history.

Drive towards the Rattanakosin Island where you will visit the Grand Palace and the Temple of the Emerald Buddha (Wat Phra Kaew). The palace once served as the residence of the Royal family and the administrative court from 1782-1925. Inside the same compound is the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, revered as the most sacred temple. See the carved statue of the Lord Buddha in a traditional seated pose. Admire the gilded interior that surrounds the statue on all sides. Continue to Wat Pho (Temple of the Reclining Buddha), one of the largest and oldest temples in Bangkok and home to the famous reclining Buddha image of 15 meter high and 46 meter long. Wat Pho is a beautifully decorated Buddhist temple complex with magnificent architecture which contains nearly a hundred stupas, as well as hundreds of typical Chinese statues of different shapes and sizes.

Experience an exhilarating long-tailed boat ride along the Chao Phraya River and canals in Thonburi. See hundreds of wooden houses built on stilts and explore traditional way of life near water canals.

Day 12 - Bangkok

Depart to Maeklong Raiway Market (Talad Rom Hoop), a must see attraction in Thailand. You will see a train pushing through a busy market and watch as the shopkeeper pull their table of vegetable and meat out of the way. It is a unique and exotic experience. Drive to Ratchaburi province for Damnoensaduak Floating Market. Arrive at a jetty pier and board a long-tailed boat ride for about 30 minutes, passing through remote plantations and Thai villages along the river and winding canal. At the floating market of Damnoensaduak, it is amazing to see a lively market scene of local vendors selling local foods, tropical fruits, and numerous handicraft products on their boats. Return to Bangkok around 14:00 hrs.
