BANGKOK, 19 September 2019: Bangkok Airways achieved 2020 Five-Star Major Airline status from the Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX).
The non-profit membership trade association says the awards are dedicated to improving the entire airline passenger experience.
Bangkok Airways was one of just 14 airlines worldwide that received the prestigious five-star accolade.
The APEX Official Airline Ratings is based on neutral, third-party passenger feedback and insights gathered through the APEX partnership with TripIt® from Concur, a leading travel-organizing app.
On a five-star scale, APEX checked more than 1 million flights rated by passengers across nearly 600 airlines from around the world between 1 July 2018 and 30 June 2019.
