Last week Thailand’s cabinet has approved plans to reopen the country to foreign tourists, but in a gradual way. The current plan is as follows:
To be eligible for the cut-down quarantine, travelers need to be inoculated with a vaccine that is approved by the World Health Organization or the Ministry of Public Health of Thailand.

Under the 7-day quarantine, travelers are still required to undergo Covid-19 testing before being released. Those on a 10-day quarantine will be tested twice and those on a 14-day quarantine will be tested 3 times.
These are just proposals at this stage, and you should check with the embassy in your country before making any flight or hotel bookings.
