In Thailand, there have been eight confirmed coronavirus cases. Five of these have already discharged. Thailand’s Public Health Minister announced that the situation in Thailand is still under control.

Thai Layered Cake or Kanom Chun

Khanom Chan is one of Thai dessert which Thai people usually made for auspicious ceremonies. In Thai, the word “Khanom” means dessert, “Chan” means layer.  Its texture is sticky and chewyf with a scent of coconut milk. It is usually made with 9 layers as the number nine in Thai means luck. With its soft texture, it can be shaped up into rose form becoming a lovely Thai style Valentine's gift.
