Thailand to reopen in four phases beginning April 1st The spokesperson for the Prime Minister’s office, Anucha Burapachaisri, said that the first phase will start on April 1st. Phuket to reopen without quarantine from 1 July 2021 The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) is pleased to announce that Phuket will be the first destination in Thailand to reopen to vaccinated foreign visitors without quarantine requirements from 1 July. The Govt. approved in principle the plan to reopen the country in stages with Phuket being the pilot destination.
