Ayutthaya Highlight And New Products

17 Dec, 2021

Ayutthaya is a must-visit for travelers going over to Thailand. Being an ancient city founded in 1335, Ayutthaya is a home to culture, spirituality, temples, museums, and ancient architecture.

1. Farm Fresh: It is a melon farm located at the border between Ayuttaya and Saraburi. Travelers can visit the farm for free (both garden area & producing factory).

2. Tuk Tuk Tour in Ayuttaya (https://www.facebook.com/tuktuk.ayutthaya.tourism). A great and inexpensive way to explore Ayutthaya's historical center.

They have also a night version (for clients to enjoy Ayuttaya night lights).

3. Ayothaya Fight (www.ayothayafight.com , https://www.facebook.com/Ayothayafight/ )  Guests can learn how to do Thai boxing and sword fighting. In addition, this place can provide Thai boxing show at various spots as well, even at a historical temple.

4. Rak Bang Pa-In Museum (http://rakbangpain.livingmuseumthailand.com/). It is a small museum right opposite Niwet Thammaprawat Temple. It provides a story about Bang Pa-In. If time allows, we can add this before/after Bang Pa-In Palace or Niwet Thammaprawat Temple.

5. Royal Hall at Bang Pa-In railway station (https://www.facebook.com/439268070180201/posts/693801318060207/). If you arrive from Bangkok to Bang Pa-In by train, you may choose this site as your first sightseeing spot. It is the place where King Rama V and royal family members used to rest after the train trip before going further to visit Ayuttaya or continue their train journey further.

6. There are around 21 communities in Ayuttaya that try to develop themselves to be CBT (community-based tourism). These are very interesting and very local sites. Few people there can speak English. It is recommened to visit such pleaces with an experienced guide, who will help communicate with the locals.

7. Arts of the Kingdom museum (http://www.artsofthekingdom.com/th/) : This is our all-time favorite. The exhibition is very similar to the one held at Ananta Samakom Throne Hall in Bangkok.
